Regarding homogenisation applications, conventional batch processes often require recirculation and lead to a localised over-shearing of the products. Our solution to that is a device that guarantees homogeneously and reproducibly dispersed products in a single pass. Moreover, the complete collection of mixing and powder incorporation machines can be used for batch, continuous and recirculating systems. In this way, problems including the difficulty of powder handling and wetting powders during the liquid and powder mixing procedures are substantially eliminated.
